About this role

Description The purpose of a Retail Designer is to create interior and exterior environmental signage guides for individual stores, ensuring the quality of execution across all areas of responsibility. The Retail Designer position impacts the visual and experiential journey of a store's visitors. This position determines how the Publix brand is brought to life in retail stores, office locations and for high level events. By ensuring the quality of execution across all areas of responsibility, our locations will maintain a consistent and favorable look and feel to customers and associates. Responsibilities Performs the operational needs of the retail environmental design program - executing and reviewing the work associated with the program while ensuring that marketing strategies are incorporated, and appropriate brand expression is achieved. Develops signage install guide mechanicals and final files, ensuring final designs deliver upon signage standards, meets strategy, are technically and aesthetically excellent, and are on brand (adhere to Publix brand standards).
