Purchasing Coordinator - Interior Design

Job Description a well-known residential interior design companyis seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have interior design or furniture purchasing experience; a great can-do attitude; attention to detail and accuracy in their work product; good phone skills; strong computer skills; ability to show initiative and solve problems, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Job Requirements Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchasing for an interior design company Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must be able to work overtime if necessary.
