Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing luxury hospitality design firm. In this role, you'll work closely with leadership to keep projects moving, coordinate across teams, and ensure clients receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. Compensation: Competitive salary of $60,000-$70,000 Performance-based bonus opportunities Growth and advancement opportunities Direct mentorship from company leadership A collaborative team with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly Responsibilities: Coordinate projects and keep timelines on track Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their projects Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items Communicate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met Assist with client meetings, site visits, and special projects Help improve systems and processes as the company grows Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates Support leadership with business initiatives and day-to-day operations Resolve issues proactively and ensure a smooth client experience Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, client services, hospitality, construction, real estate, consulting, or a similar field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented Professional when interacting with clients and executives Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally Ability to work on-site in Asheville, NC Preferred Experience Hospitality, luxury service, interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders or projects Process improvement or operations experience About Company Ishita Interiors is a luxury hospitality design firm specializing in vacation homes, boutique hotels, resorts, and high-performing short-term rentals across the United States.
