EDGE™ recently moved to a new 3,400 square-foot design showroom at 2359 Vanderbilt Beach Rd Suite 402 in The Shoppes at Vanderbilt. The showroom serves as a fully functioning office space and environment to welcome clients. EDGE™ is currently creating the interior design and cabinetry for multiple custom luxury estate homes in some of southwest Florida’s most prestigious communities including Port Royal, Park Shore, Quail West, and more.
INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT COORDINATOR
The Project Coordinator will directly support the interior designers and project manager, ensuring seamless project
coordination, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual
passionate about working with a team of talented designers on challenging projects in a creative work
environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the interior designers on multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final
implementation.
• Collaborate with the design team on sourcing and selecting interior finishes, furnishings, fabrics, lighting,
fixtures, hardware, and accessories.
• Assist in the design and development of projects, including custom pieces.
• Assist in preparing presentations and visual materials for client meetings.
Coordinate and track sample requests, deliveries, and returns.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, proposals, work orders, purchase
orders, and specifications.
• Coordinate project logistics, including orders, deliveries, and installations, ensuring smooth communication
and collaboration between team members, vendors, and clients.
• Assist in developing project budgets and tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with the team to balance purchases and client invoices, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency in
project billing.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and provide proactive solutions.
• Support the project closeout process, including installation, coordinating final inspections, and client
walkthroughs.
