Interior Design Procurement Coordinator

Company Description Ashley Martin Home is a high-end residential interior design firm focused on creating timeless, layered, and highly detailed homes. Our projects involve extensive furnishings procurement, custom selections, and complex coordination across hundreds of products, vendors, and client specifications. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Procurement Coordinator to support the operational side of our design and purchasing process. This is not a traditional bookkeeping or simple invoicing role. This position sits at the center of our procurement operations and requires someone who thrives in complexity, moves quickly with accuracy, and can manage large volumes of detailed information. Job Description The Interior Design Procurement Coordinator is responsible for building detailed client estimates and managing the administrative side of furnishings procurement for residential interior design projects. This role works closely with the design team to translate approved client presentations into highly accurate procurement estimates consisting of hundreds of individual product line items across multiple vendors. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, process-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable managing complex pricing structures, vendor-specific quoting methods, and high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy.
