INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER/ PROJECT MANAGERJOB POSITION: Hawaii Type of Position: Full-time Education Requirements: Salary Range: OverviewImmediate opening for an Interior Architectural Designer/Project Manager with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of commercial and/or institutional experience. Experience and knowledge in the preparation of design and construction documents. The applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes in the State of Hawaii, and have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator. ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Office and AutoCAD experience required.Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator or other CAD technologies highly desirable and preferable.Architectural License and LEED accreditation preferred but not required.Provides design and drafting direction and some support for a variety of interior design projects including developing interior design environments for institutional, educational and commercial/industrial buildings.Able to initiate and perform all aspects of a project from design through construction.Performs design and project management duties in the planning, design, and installation of interior architectural projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
