Design & Product Coordinator

Sella Homes is growing and we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Design & Brand Coordinator to help elevate the quality, presentation, and consistency of our homes and brand. This role combines interior design, project coordination, and field execution. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, stays organized, and genuinely cares about the details that make a home stand out. This is not just a design role, it’s a hands-on position focused on execution, presentation, and continuously improving the Sella Homes product and brand. RESPONSIBILITIES 🎨 Interior Design & Selections Own interior selections across spec and custom homes Create cohesive, elevated, and market-aware design packages Stay current on design trends, materials, and what’s in/out in the market Visit open houses, tile stores, lighting stores, and design showrooms regularly to stay inspired and informed on current trends 📐 Design Documentation & Coordination Create layouts, elevations, and design details using CAD (AutoCAD or similar) Clearly communicate fixture locations, tile layouts, and design intent to the field Take detailed notes during design meetings and maintain organized project documentation Coordinate with superintendents, vendors, and trades to ensure execution aligns with design intent 🧱 Field Execution Visit job sites regularly to verify details and quality Confirm selections and layouts are being executed correctly Identify issues proactively before they become problems 📦 Materials & Organization Order and track materials, fixtures, and selections Confirm deliveries and ensure correct items arrive Stay highly organized across multiple projects and timelines 📸 Brand Support Capture high-quality project content (photos/videos) consistently Help maintain a consistent and elevated Sella Homes brand aesthetic Work closely with The James Agency to support the company’s overall brand and marketing direction ✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of interior design experience Experience designing high-end spec and/or custom homes in the Phoenix market Strong understanding of luxury residential design at the $3M–$5M+ home level Proficient in CAD (AutoCAD or similar) Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong design eye and awareness of current luxury trends Proactive, fast-moving, and takes ownership naturally Stable, professional, and consistent in communication and day-to-day execution Able to remain organized, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment Comfortable in both office and field environments Strong communication and follow-through Able to manage multiple projects without things slipping ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE We’re looking for someone who notices the small details that elevate a home from good to exceptional.
