Design Operations & Projects Coordinator — Drive Design Excellence

Vesta Home is seeking a Design Operations/Project Coordinator to act as the operational backbone for our interior design business in Bridgeport, CT. You’ll synchronize procurement, scheduling, invoicing, and finance across client projects, warehouse ops, and sales, while building scalable processes. Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to manage workload, coordinate with vendors, ensure accurate financial data, and help projects run smoothly and scale efficiently.
