Charlestown is a beautiful 110-acre continuing care retirement community located just minutes from Baltimore in the charming neighborhood of Catonsville, Maryland. We are hiring a Custom Interiors Coordinator. This person is responsible for marketing, selling, ordering, coordinating, inspecting, and accounting for the installation of custom finishes and products in both current and future residents’ apartments.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $52,300 per year
How you will make an impact:
• Marketing custom services finishes and products to future and existing residents.
• Coordinating each phase of custom service projects.
• Meet with future and existing residents to aid them in the selection of custom finishes and products. Provide price, process and product specification.
• Forwarding invoices for payment.
• Inspecting contracted work to ensure quality.

What you will need:
• Must be customer-focused and detail-oriented.
• Must be a good communicator, a strong team player, and have a passion for serving seniors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, possess a basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• A one-year minimum of broad customer service experience within a Custom Interior or Design is preferred.
• Maintenance troubleshooting and coordination, as well as public relations experience, are a plus.
• Project planning experience is necessary.
• A high school diploma is required.
• A college degree is preferred. Some colleges may be considered in lieu of experience.
