About the position The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member for the Interior Design program. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about teaching and have a strong background in interior design. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, ensuring that they receive the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their field. The role involves preparing course plans and materials, delivering engaging lectures, and monitoring student progress and attendance. In addition, the instructor will provide academic advising to students, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve their academic goals. The position requires the instructor to record grades and submit reports in a timely manner, ensuring that all academic standards are met. This is a part-time, temporary position that may require flexibility in scheduling, including day, evening, and weekend availability.
