You’ll play a key role in shaping design direction, client experience, and the future of the firm across hospitality, gaming, medical, and office space projects. What We’re Looking For • 8–12+ years of commercial interior design or architectural experience • Proven experience leading projects and managing designers/architects • Strong client-facing, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to bring in work and contribute to firm growth • Proficiency in Revit • Solid understanding of building codes, permitting, and consultant coordination • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a boutique studio environment • Experience or interest in hospitality, gaming, medical, and office space projects is highly valued
