This is a dynamic position that combines interior design, construction documentation, project coordination, and office administration. You will work closely with the owner, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and our external design team to ensure our custom homes are executed to the highest standards. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential design or residential construction. · Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and project schedules. · Perform additional duties as assigned to support the successful completion of residential construction projects.

Position Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge • Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design Degree with a minimum of two years of experience in custom residential design. • Able to take abstract information and apply Steelcase insights/learnings in a way that yields creative/thoughtful applications. • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-assess your role's impact on the company. • In-depth knowledge of design trends and code requirements. Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday
