We're growing our team and looking for a designer who can help with client projects from concept through install while also jumping in on the retail side of the business. Because our showroom is the heart of what we do, you'll also spend time on the retail floor helping customers, styling the space, and supporting the team. Degree in Interior Design or related field Proficiency in Revit required 2+ years of professional interior design experience preferred Strong eye for residential design, materials, and furniture Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients Organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple projects Comfortable working in a retail environment and engaging with customers Opportunity to grow with a new and exciting local business - we are small and always learning Engaging work on residential design projects Mentorship with Lead Designer Employee discounts
