Develop and coordinate construction drawings and technical documentation Contribute to space planning and interior design solutions Assist with FF&E selection and coordination Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project alignment Support project schedules, deliverables, and key milestones Participate in construction administration, including submittals and RFIs Maintain Revit model standards and contribute to BIM coordination Assist with quality control reviews at various project phases

Qualifications • Proficiency in space planning and interior design, with strong technical execution skills • Experience developing and managing construction drawings • Familiarity with FF&E selection and coordination • Strong understanding of architectural principles and consultant coordination • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • 5–8 years of professional experience preferred • Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and permitting processes is a plus
