Role Description:
This role focuses on the execution and delivery of interior architecture projects, with involvement across all phases of design and construction. The Interior Project Architect / Designer will contribute to space planning, construction documentation, and FF&E selection, while working closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate construction drawings and technical documentation
Contribute to space planning and interior design solutions
Assist with FF&E selection and coordination
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project alignment
Support project schedules, deliverables, and key milestones
Participate in construction administration, including submittals and RFIs
Maintain Revit model standards and contribute to BIM coordination
Assist with quality control reviews at various project phases
Qualifications:
Proficiency in space planning and interior design, with strong technical execution skills
Experience developing and managing construction drawings
Familiarity with FF&E selection and coordination
Strong understanding of architectural principles and consultant coordination
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
5–8 years of professional experience preferred
Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and permitting processes is a plus
Additional Requirements:
This is a full-time, in-office position in Houston. Candidates must be able to work on-site daily.
