Administrative Support - Organize digital design files and quote documents.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both design and administrative support in a fast-paced commercial office furniture environment. Create commercial office furniture layouts using CET Designer.Develop professional 2D and 3D renderings for customer presentations.Revise layouts based on customer and sales representative feedback.Ensure layouts are accurate according to field measurements and project specifications.Maintain organized electronic layout and rendering files.Quote Preparation Prepare customer quotes using company pricing templates.Research furniture products and pricing from approved manufacturers.Coordinate with Sales Representatives to ensure quote accuracy.Update and revise quotes as requested.Utilize approved company pricing guides and manufacturer price lists.Furniture Manufacturers Experience with CET Designer or willingness to learn.Experience preparing customer quotes or estimates.Background in commercial furniture, interior design, drafting, or a related field.Knowledge of commercial office furniture products and manufacturers.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Skills
