Furniture Designer & Quoting Specialist

Position Summary Full Turn Interior Solutions is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Furniture Designer & Quoting Specialist to support the sales team by creating commercial furniture layouts, renderings, and customer quotes while maintaining the company's materials library and supplier catalogs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both design and administrative support in a fast-paced commercial office furniture environment. Primary Responsibilities Furniture Layouts & Renderings Create commercial office furniture layouts using CET Designer.Develop professional 2D and 3D renderings for customer presentations.Revise layouts based on customer and sales representative feedback.Ensure layouts are accurate according to field measurements and project specifications.Maintain organized electronic layout and rendering files.Quote Preparation Prepare customer quotes using company pricing templates.Research furniture products and pricing from approved manufacturers.Coordinate with Sales Representatives to ensure quote accuracy.Update and revise quotes as requested.Utilize approved company pricing guides and manufacturer price lists.Furniture Manufacturers Rocky MountainFriantNDI9to5 SeatingLesroMaterials Library Management Maintain and organize the company's material library.Update textile, laminate, veneer, seating, and finish samples.Organize manufacturer sample binders and product resources.Remove discontinued materials and replace them with updated samples.Supplier Catalog Management Maintain current supplier catalogs and digital product resources.Request updated catalogs, finish cards, and samples from manufacturers.Ensure the sales team has access to the latest product information and pricing resources.Administrative Support Organize digital design files and quote documents.Maintain accurate records of layouts, renderings, and quotations.Assist with additional design-related projects as assigned by management.Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred Experience with CET Designer or willingness to learn.Experience preparing customer quotes or estimates.Background in commercial furniture, interior design, drafting, or a related field.Knowledge of commercial office furniture products and manufacturers.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Skills CET DesignerSpace Planning2D & 3D RenderingsQuoting & EstimatingMicrosoft OfficeOrganizationAttention to DetailProduct ResearchTime ManagementCommunicationCompensation & Benefits Pay: $12.00–$13.00 per hour (based on experience)Paid Holidays (eligible employees)Paid Time Off (per company policy)On-the-job trainingOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive, team-oriented work environmentPay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time offWork Location: In person
