You'll own design across complex custom residential projects from schematic design through construction administration, managing a design team, running client relationships directly, and working closely with company leadership to shape how the design department operates and grows. The Role We’re seeking a Junior to Senior Interior Designer who is confident in Revit and can plug into projects from schematic design through construction. You’ll support the senior design team in both creative and technical capacities, with the opportunity to take ownership over key design components as you grow.

Experience Required: 3–5 years minimum in interior design with strong CAD and/or Revit Skill We’re seeking a Junior to Senior Interior Designer who is confident in Revit and can plug into projects from schematic design through construction. You’ll support the senior design team in both creative and technical capacities, with the opportunity to take ownership over key design components as you grow. This is not a passive role we’re looking for someone proactive, highly organized, and excited to contribute to the evolution of a design department undergoing growth. • Experience with FF&E procurement and vendor coordination is a plus
