Studio Coordinator A high-end residential interior design firm based in New York City is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Studio Coordinator to join our team. The position will serve as an on-site point person for logistics and installations while also supporting the firm’s marketing initiatives, design team, and day-to-day studio operations. Attend deliveries and installations as needed and ensure they are organized and executed according to the firm’s standards. Marketing & Communications: Support the firm’s marketing initiatives, including website updates, press outreach, social media, and maintenance of photography and marketing assets. Coordinate project photoshoots, including scheduling and logistics with photographers, stylists, vendors, and the design team.

We are a collaborative firm, and we are looking for a star candidate to lead our projects. • Conduct client meetings with the Principal and/or Senior Designer. • Work closely with the Principal to understand the creative vision and direction for each project • Provide direction to the staff from concept, though sourcing and purchasing, to installation and styling. • Drive the execution of the Principal's vision in all areas of Interior design • Review and comment on designers’ work to ensure design vision is achieved including FF&E selection, Art, and Accessories.
