- Assist with the Design Team and Delivery Department for delivery service sheets of an estimate of how long an install will take. If any items received that are damaged, start an initial claim process (may need to get with Claims Department) - Receive any incoming inventory or special order items with claims - Start initial claim on any stock/inventory items - Review with Design Team or Delivery Department on any questions regarding deliveries/ installations - Informs staff if any items coming back to the WHS; it needs to be tagged and provide reasoning (be sure to inform design team if they are not present) - Tagging inventory and scheduling quarterly inventory counts. Responsibilities Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilizationComplete diary logs into inventoryReport any discrepanciesCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersOperate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipmentFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsBe able to effectively lead teams to work togetherSkills Waiting period may applyOnly full-time employees eligibleCOVID-19 Precaution(s):Personal protective equipment provided or requiredSocial distancing guidelines in placeSanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in placeWork Remotely

This role combines interior design expertise, space planning, and client service to ensure the showroom functions as both a creative showcase and a sales tool. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, an understanding of materials and finishes, and the ability to translate design trends into compelling, functional showroom displays that support sales and client presentations. Collaboration & Coordination • Work closely with the design and procurement teams to manage inventory of samples, furniture, and materials. • 2–5 years of experience in interior design, showroom design, or visual merchandising (preferably in a design firm or luxury retail environment). Preferred Skills • Knowledge of luxury furniture, finishes, and design brands.
