The Interior Design Consultant will provide luxury service to clients within an RH Gallery by assessing their design needs and managing the full client experience. This role involves collaborating with the broader design team to curate spaces and drive sales while maintaining the brand's high standards for aesthetic and service.

The Design Consultant provides personalized interior design services and space planning to help clients select home furnishings within an Ethan Allen Design Center. This role combines creative design work with a strong focus on achieving individual and team sales goals.

This role requires excellent follow-through, strong communication skills, strong computer skills across all facets of business administration, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts with accuracy and discretion. Strong computer skills across all facets of daily business operations Proficient with email, digital calendars, spreadsheets, word processing, and cloud-based file organization Comfortable preparing client-facing documents, proposals, presentations, spreadsheets, schedules, and reports Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Apple Pages/Numbers/Keynote, Canva, Dropbox, and similar programs preferred Ability to organize, name, track, and maintain digital files with accuracy and consistency Comfortable learning and using project management, communication, and design-support platforms Tech-savvy, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot basic computer, printer, scanner, and file-sharing issues Familiarity with social media platforms, online ordering, vendor portals, and web-based research is a plus Prior administrative, office coordinator, operations, executive assistant, or design studio experience preferred Exceptional attention to detail is required Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent follow-through Comfortable managing multiple tasks, workflows, and shifting priorities Professional, polished, and client-service oriented Strong computer skills across all facets of business administration Ability to support operations management, systems, scheduling, vendor coordination, and internal organization Interior design, architecture, construction, or luxury service experience is a plus Compensation commensurate with experience.
