In this role, you will transform client visions into stunning, functional environments by leveraging your expertise in interior design principles, technical skills, and project management. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and AutoCAD. Collaborate with contractors, architects, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of design plans during renovation or remodeling projects. Assist in sourcing lighting solutions by leveraging lighting sales knowledge and understanding of lighting specifications for various environments. Review contracts, proposals, and scope of work to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals.
