We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Assistant to join our team at our Sandy Design Center. This position will primarily support our Designers while helping ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our homebuyers. Assist Designers during homeowner design appointments.Prepare design boards, selection packages, and homeowner documentation.Enter and maintain accurate customer selections and specifications.Organize and maintain the Design Center, including samples, displays, and product inventories.Order, label, and track design samples and materials.Schedule appointments and provide administrative support to the design team.Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners throughout the design process.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Design Center and design staff.Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support roleFriendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)Strong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable learning and using company software, scheduling systems, and databasesProfessional appearance and positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer serviceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to lift and move sample materials, displays, and boxes weighing up to 25 poundsAdditional Information: About the Company: InteriorWorx

• In need of 4 experienced workers • Truck Unloading & Unboxing – Items will need to be unloaded from trucks and unpacked. • Casegood Assembly – Several pieces, including end tables, dining tables, and coffee tables, will require assembly. • Upholstery Handling – Upholstered items are wrapped in plastic and cardboard, requiring careful unwrapping. • Working Hours – Installers will need to be available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. • Required Equipment – The team should have the necessary tools for assembly and equipment for unloading.

Primarily responsible for the management, development, training and motivation of the design teams while maintaining a high level of customer contact and achieving sales goals. • Ensure adherence to all company policies such as Code of Conduct, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and discrimination and/or retaliation. • Provide training sessions for the design center as well as participate in corporately sponsored training sessions to assist in developing your team and business. Ability to train and coach for design, product knowledge, sales performance and customer service.
