The Interior Design Coordinator is responsible for producing construction documents and managing FF&E procurement for multifamily residential projects. This role involves coordinating with design teams and vendors to ensure accurate project execution from design approval through final installation.

Projects may include leasing offices, model units, clubhouses, amenity and community spaces, renovations, and new construction. The position requires strong technical skills in CAD and construction documentation, along with procurement expertise and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
