Exciting Design Consultant Opportunity! Home Remedies Interior Design, Inc. is expanding and seeking an experienced Independent Sales & Design Consultant to support window treatment sales in the Santa Maria, CA. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential. What You’ll Do: Conduct in-home design consultations for clients Guide customers in selecting window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery Manage your own client interactions from consultation through closing Utilize provided qualified leads from members of a major national retailer (no cold calling required) What We’re Looking For: Proven in-home sales experience (required) Window treatment or Graber product knowledge is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable using the computer and technology for scheduling, quoting, and client follow-up Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workflow and priorities Bilingual skills are preferred but not required What We Offer: Commission-based earnings Access to qualified leads Product training and ongoing support Flexibility to manage your own schedule and business activities Important Classification Details: This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position Contractors are responsible for managing their own schedule, expenses, and business operations No employee benefits are offered with this opportunity Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Commission Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
