This is an entry-level design opportunity for someone with a passion for interior design, fashion, home furnishings, and creating inspiring spaces.  You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining visually compelling showroom displays that showcase our products, enhance the guest experience, and support sales. You’ll work hands-on with furniture, fixtures, displays, and merchandising standards while partnering with the store team to maintain a consistent and engaging presentation.  If you have a strong creative eye, enjoy working with your hands, and love turning ideas into beautiful spaces, this is an opportunity to build your career in retail visual merchandising and design.  What You’ll Do  Create and maintain visually compelling showroom displays that showcase furniture and home furnishings  Execute merchandising displays, floor sets, and planograms according to company visual standards  Partner with Material Handlers and store team members to build, move, and set furniture, fixtures, and display elements  Ensure showroom presentations are maintained consistently and remain visually appealing  Use creativity and design skills to create inviting spaces that inspire customers  Follow corporate visual merchandising standards, guidelines, and policies  Work collaboratively with team members to support a consistent 5-Star Guest Experience  Assist with training new team members on visual standards, merchandising, and display expectations  Identify opportunities to improve showroom presentation and solve visual merchandising challenges  Assist with administrative tasks and other department responsibilities as needed  What We’re Looking For  1–3 years of retail, visual merchandising, home furnishings, or related experience preferred  Candidates with a strong creative portfolio or demonstrated flair for design are encouraged to apply  Passion for interior design, fashion, home furnishings, or visual presentation  Strong creative ability and an eye for detail  Strong organizational and communication skills  Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities  Ability to work within established visual standards while bringing creativity to the presentation  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team  Comfortable working in a hands-on retail environment  Why Join Regency Management Services?  We invest in our people through training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
