Chief Architect Proficiency Not just familiar - truly proficientCan produce construction-ready drawings efficientlyExperience with 3D renderings and client presentations3. Client-Facing Confidence Comfortable presenting design fees and discussing budgetsCan explain your time and value to clientsExperience managing client expectations and scope conversationsProfessional presence with high-net-worth clientele ($350K+ household income)4.
