We are searching for an exceptional designer with a refined eye for detail and a passion for high-end residential remodeling. We’re looking for a true people-person—someone who thrives on guiding clients from initial vision through final reveal while collaborating closely with our award-winning build team of skilled craftsmen and women.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years of professional residential design experienceProficiency in CAD or equivalent design softwareStrong experience in Chief Architect (required)A willingness to learn and adopt our proven design systems and workflowA polished portfolio showcasing residential design workWe’re building something extraordinary and are excited to welcome the right designer into our growing, dynamic, and innovative team. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1. Proven Efficiency
Can complete a full kitchen remodel design in 60-80 hours (programming through construction documents)60-70%+ billable utilization rate in previous rolesDemonstrated ability to work to project budgets and timelinesPortfolio shows volume of completed projects, not just beauty shots2. Chief Architect Proficiency
Not just familiar - truly proficientCan produce construction-ready drawings efficientlyExperience with 3D renderings and client presentations3. Client-Facing Confidence
Comfortable presenting design fees and discussing budgetsCan explain your time and value to clientsExperience managing client expectations and scope conversationsProfessional presence with high-net-worth clientele ($350K+ household income)4. Business Development Mindset
Experience generating your own leads or projectsComfortable networking with architects, interior designers, realtorsActive in professional communities (NKBA, ASID, IDS, etc.)Brings existing relationships or demonstrated ability to build them5. Professional Services Billing Experience
Experience billing hourly or managing retainersUnderstands what's billable vs. overheadComfortable with transparency and accountabilityStrongly Preferred:

Pay: $54,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
