We are seeking a talented, design-driven Showroom Designer to join our growing team in our Pensacola, FL. This is an opportunity for a polished professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners, interior designers, builders, and architects to create exceptional spaces through thoughtfully selected tile, stone, and surface materials. Our ideal candidate combines strong design sensibilities with sales confidence, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an elevated client experience. What You'll Do Guide clients through the selection of tile, stone, and surface materials for residential and commercial projectsCollaborate with homeowners, interior designers, builders, and architectsCreate cohesive design solutions that align with client goals and project budgetsPrepare estimates, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and efficientlyFollow projects from initial consultation through final deliveryDevelop and maintain relationships with design professionals and industry partnersStay current on design trends, materials, and product knowledgeContribute to a luxury showroom environment that inspires creativity and confidenceRequired Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design with luxury tile and stone sales.Strong design eye with the ability to coordinate materials, color palettes, and finishesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working in a sales-driven environmentPreferred Experience working with tile, stone, flooring, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, luxury furnishings, or architectural productsKnowledge of construction plans and specificationsProficiency with simple design software and Microsoft Office applications Benefits Include Competitive salary plus performance incentive bonuses Paid time off Company pays portion employee health benefits with vision and dental offered M-F, 9-5:00, business casual ( Saturday is by appointment only) Professional development opportunities Design-focused, collaborative work environment Career growth within an expanding company We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
