Position Summary The Technician / Installer works as part of a daily installation crew to deliver and install office furniture, architectural wall systems, window treatments, and technology products at customer job sites. This is a hands-on role for someone who is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work and a job well done. Key Responsibilities Installation & Assembly Deliver, stage, assemble, and install office furniture, floor-to-ceiling wall systems, window treatments, and technology products per project specifications Read and follow floor plans, shop drawings, and work orders accurately Work efficiently under the direction of the Lead Technician to keep installations on schedule Inspect completed work for quality, alignment, and functionality Reconfigure and relocate existing product as needed Site & Safety Protect flooring, walls, and existing furnishings throughout the installation process Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company safety policies at all times Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure proper cleanup upon project completion Use hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment safely and correctly Logistics & Inventory Assist with loading, unloading, and staging of all product at job sites Verify incoming product and report any shortages or damage to the Lead Technician Help maintain tools and company vehicles in good working condition Customer & Team Interaction Work collaboratively as part of a crew, supporting the Lead Technician and fellow installers Conduct yourself professionally on customer sites at all times Represent Workspace Interiors with a positive attitude and customer-first approach Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, Monday–Friday Occasional weekend work required based on project needs Work is performed on customer job sites including office buildings, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions Some local and regional travel required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
