About the RoleWe're seeking a polished, highly organized Studio Manager to be the operational backbone of our studio — blending day-to-day studio management, executive support to our Principal, and hands-on procurement and vendor coordination with a client-facing presence that reflects our brand. The ideal candidate is resourceful and discreet, stays calm and clear-headed under pressure, and moves easily between administrative detail and white-glove client interaction. This is a business operations role, not a design position. What You'll DoClient Experience Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact, keeping clients updated across meetings, deliveries, installations, and eventsCoordinate client and team gifting, hospitality touches, and studio eventsPrincipal & Studio Support Manage the Principal's calendar, email, travel, and correspondence with discretionOversee daily studio operations — deliveries, licenses, insurance renewals, general administrationAssist with proposals, invoicing, and sales follow-upsProcurement & Project Coordination Maintain the sample library and studio filesSupport product orders, purchase tracking, and vendor communicationCoordinate installations, punch lists, trade scheduling, and local errandsWhat You BringExperience in office management, studio coordination, or executive support — ideally within a design, architecture, or creative firmStrong organizational, project management, and leadership skills; comfortable juggling multiple projects at oncePolished communication skills and a professional demeanor suited to a luxury firmA proactive, detail-oriented, "can-do" attitudeDiscretion when handling confidential informationProficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft SuiteAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experienceValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work on-site in Kansas City, MO (full-time, or 3–4 consistent days/week if part-time)
