About DNA Workshop's Intern Program DNA Workshop’s Student Internship Program is a competitive, immersive experience designed to accelerate professional growth for emerging designers. Interns are fully integrated into project teams and gain real-world experience across multifamily, affordable housing, historic rehabilitation, and hospitality work. This is a hands-on, fast-paced program built for students who are curious, motivated, and ready to learn how a professional design firm actually operates.
