Staging Designer

As a staging designer, you will gain a variety of experiences in an exciting and fast-paced atmosphere. You will be part of a team of staging professionals who are responsible for the design, execution, and installation of our projects. Job Responsibilities Be a team member and work with your project team on each specific projectAssist the designer in creating presentation drawings and selecting furniture itemsFrequent client presentations and meetings to develop design directionAssist in purchasing and tracking the status of new itemsTake survey dimensions and photosCreate CAD floor plans and elevationsManage the administrative side of the project from contract to final walk-throughOversee all site installation activities; be the point of contact for the logistics team and supervise assistants onsiteProduce final close-out documents including budget, inventory, and expensesCreate and manage purchase orders, art + custom pieces, and project timelines Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related creative fieldAutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required. Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is preferredThe ideal candidate will have 4-5 years (or more) of professional work experience in residential or staging designA good foundation in materials, finishes, colors, and furniture selectionHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong communication, graphic and verbal presentation skills We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
