Space Planner

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Space Planner based in San Jose, CA. The Space Planner will be responsible for designing and planning efficient corporate workspaces, creating floor plans and layouts, collaborating with teams on interior design elements, preparing construction drawings, and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to deliver precise design solutions. They will also coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications Experience with Space Planning and creating efficient, functional workplace layoutsProficiency in creating Floor Plans and Interior Design conceptsAbility to prepare detailed Construction DrawingsProficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) softwareStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsEffective communication skills for working with diverse teams and clientsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in corporate facilities planning or management is an advantage
