Senior Sales and Design Advisor - New York Flagship

As a Senior Design Advisor at our NYC Flagship, you will be responsible for building and cultivating relationships within the residential and trade community along with delivering an exceptional in-store experience, serving as a trusted guide for clients as they explore our luxury assortment. From initial consultations to post-sale follow-up, you’ll play a vital role in achieving Flagship performance targets, deepening client relationships, and bringing Maiden Home’s vision to life. Our ideal candidate brings a proven book of business and experience ideating, planning, and executing revenue driving events and activations within the architecture and design space. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed significant individual sales targets while contributing to overall showroom goals Identify, plan, and execute activations and events that will drive incremental revenue and build brand awareness Manage the full client lifecycle, from first touch through purchase and post-sale follow-up Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with residential and trade clients Deliver elevated, tailored experiences to walk-in and appointment-based clients Serve as product and brand expert, guiding clients towards solutions that align with their aesthetic, functional, timeline, and budget needs Stay fluent in product knowledge, customization, and care
