Senior Residential Interior Designer/Project Manager

High-End Residential Interior Design Firm is looking to fill a Senior Residential Interior Designer/ Project Manager position. Candidate MUST have 3-5 years prior experience managing projects independently in the interior design field in a senior position. The ideal candidate will have a distinct design sensibility and be extremely organized, highly self-motivated, experienced in managing multiple projects and an excellent communicator. The Ideal Candidate: will have experience managing a project from design development through installation will have experience designing, drawing and producing custom furniture, millwork and lighting Responsibilities will include: preparing for and attending client and site meetings creating and maintaining budgets and project schedules sourcing materials and furniture that are cohesive to the design aesthetic of the project creating furniture plans and drawings for custom furniture and lighting. coordinating and managing outside vendors for installations generating of purchase orders and invoices placing and following up on orders generating of purchase orders and invoices Requirements: AutoCad Adobe Create Suite MS Office Studio Designer (or similar program) eligibility to work in the US Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
