In this role, you will oversee and manage a variety of remodeling projects, including but not limited to: KitchensBathroomsDemolitionFraming, insulation, & drywall paintingInstalling trim, cabinetry, flooring, doors, windows, siding, decking, railing, plumbing, and electrical workOther interior and exterior tasks in residential constructionSpecialization in particular skills is welcome; it's not necessary to have experience in all aspects of remodeling.We seek candidates with excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail, capable of working independently while adhering to health and safety standards. A solid understanding of wood properties and carpentry materials is essential. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a good work ethic, personal motivation, and the ability to collaborate and grow with our team.
