We are a boutique architecture and interior design firm with offices in Miami Beach and Brooklyn, specializing in multifamily, hospitality, workplace, and residential projects.
We’re seeking a seasoned, proactive Senior Project Manager to lead projects from concept through construction administration and closeout. This person will work closely with the principal and design team, build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and keep projects moving with clarity, consistency, and calm.
What You’ll Do
Lead projects from concept through construction administration and closeoutManage schedules, budgets, staffing, and project performance in MonographCoordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teamsProtect design intent while balancing budget, schedule, and technical requirementsOversee BIM workflows and maintain a high standard of documentation and quality controlAnticipate risks, resource needs, and potential roadblocks before they affect deliveryEstablish clear priorities and keep teams focused on next stepsMentor junior staff and create a culture of clear, timely, constructive feedbackPartner with the principal on project delivery, client service, and team developmentSupport the thoughtful use of AI tools to improve workflow, communication, and efficiency
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in interior architecture or interior designProven experience leading teams and managing projects from start to finishStrong construction administration experienceAdvanced knowledge of Revit and BIM workflowsExperience with MonographStrong knowledge of materials, detailing, documentation, and project executionExperience with multifamily, hospitality, workplace, and/or residential projectsExcellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skillsStrong judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving abilitiesA proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and bring forward solutionsComfortable giving and receiving direct, constructive feedbackCollaborative, accountable, and able to lead without unnecessary drama
