Senior Interior Design Project Manager | South Florida We're conducting a confidential search for a Senior Interior Design Project Manager on behalf of one of the nation's largest and most respected real estate developers. This is a unique opportunity to join an organization recognized for creating transformative mixed-use destinations and luxury developments that redefine urban living. The successful candidate will lead the interior design vision and execution across a portfolio of hospitality, office, retail, and mixed-use projects from concept through completion. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Construction and partnering closely with executive development leadership, this individual will collaborate with world-renowned interior designers, architects, consultants, and vendors to deliver exceptional environments that elevate the tenant and guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the interior design strategy, vision, and standards across a portfolio of luxury hospitality, office, retail, and mixed-use developments.Direct the design of lobbies, amenities, public spaces, workplace environments, and retail experiences that enhance each project's identity and user experience.Guide projects through every phase of design, documentation, procurement, FF&E, and construction implementation.Oversee project schedules, budgets, consultant coordination, design reviews, and stakeholder approvals to ensure successful project delivery.Lead FF&E strategy, including material selection, furniture procurement, vendor negotiations, budgeting, and execution.Collaborate closely with development, construction, leasing, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive, market-leading environments.Manage leading interior designers, architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams while driving accountability, collaboration, and design excellence. Key Qualifications 10–15+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, and/or office interior design.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field required.Proven leadership managing complex, high-end, large-scale projects and multidisciplinary consultant teams.Strong expertise in FF&E, procurement, vendor management, and project execution.Excellent design management, communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
