Senior Project Manager | San Jose, CA | Commercial Interiors and Tenant Improvements We're seeking a Senior Project Manager in San Jose to lead commercial interiors, tenant improvement and other unique projects throughout the Bay Area. Our client is a highly respected general contractor known for exceptional client service, collaborative teams and a culture built on accountability, communication and craftsmanship. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role for a Senior Project Manager who enjoys technically challenging projects, values strong relationships and thrives in fast-paced environments. You will lead projects from precon through closeout, partnering with owners, architects, consultants and project teams to oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement and project execution while maintaining exceptional client service and project performance. Desired Skills and Experience • 8+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience leading commercial interiors, life sciences, and technically complex tenant improvement projects preferred • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills • Experience delivering projects in occupied environments and managing multiple stakeholders Competitive compensation package of $160,000 to $225,000, with performance-based bonus potential, generous PTO, professional development support, and long-term leadership opportunities.
