Job Description As the Senior Project Manager, you will report to executive leadership and take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through close‑out, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Lead the delivery of multiple commercial interiors projects simultaneously across the Austin marketManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performanceServe as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and consultantsOversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to ensure alignment and accountabilityDrive preconstruction planning, procurement strategies, and subcontractor buyoutIdentify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and quality standardsEnsure consistent communication, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Senior Project Manager, we are seeking: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering commercial interiors construction projects for a General ContractorStrong background in tenant improvement, office, healthcare, retail, or creative interiors projectsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders simultaneouslySolid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and change managementProficiency with construction management software such as Procore or similar platformsA client‑focused mindset with strong communication and leadership skillsExperience delivering projects in the Central Texas or Austin market is highly preferred What's on Offer Competitive base salary - $100,000-150,000Performance incentivesVehicle allowance or company vehicleComprehensive benefits packageLong‑term stability with a well‑established General ContractorClear path for career progression
