Senior Project Designer in Architecture and Interior Design

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively on multiple projects, providing design expertise from concept through to construction.Utilize your strong conceptual thinking and visualization skills to inspire innovative design solutions.Ensure all aspects of project management, including construction administration, budget review, and client relations, are handled with skill and professionalism.Develop detailed construction documents and coordinate with project teams and furniture vendors.Employ 3D visualization techniques to enhance project presentations and stakeholder engagement.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.4-8+ years of relevant experience in a design or architecture studio.Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.Demonstrated familiarity with building codes, consultant coordination, and construction processes.A willingness to pursue state licensure is preferred.What We Are Looking For: A collaborative team player who embraces creative problem-solving.A positive individual with strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills.An innovative thinker eager to find inspiration and advance their knowledge.A proactive person who's open to mentorship and values constructive feedback.Compensation: Salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
