About this role

Position: Senior Project Architect (Commercial) We are currently looking to add a Commercial Senior Interior Designer who has a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial interiors for retail, hospitality, financial institutions, and/or professional/corporate offices.This role offers an exceptional career opportunity for a designer seeking a hands‑on position at a smaller firm, with the ability to directly influence every phase of the interior design process—from space planning and interior architecture to finish selection, furniture specification, custom millwork and cabinetry design, and the production of detailed construction documents in REVIT.At Eclipse, we foster a positive, supportive workplace built around collaboration and respect. Corporate, financial and retail experience preferred.NCIDQ preferredKnowledge And SkillsAdvanced Revit experience and proficiency required.CET Commercial Interiors experience a plus.Bluebeam Revu proficiencyExperience in Microsoft Office SuitesKnowledge of industry best practices and ADA building codesExtensive knowledge of design principlesDetail orientedResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes overall design for client projectsResearches and selects fixtures, furniture and finishes for client projectsManages complete interior work project budgets per projectExcellent verbal, written and visual communication and presentation skillsFlexibility for moderate travelAbility to balance multiple projects and meet deadlinesGenerate design and construction models and documentation utilizing Revit#J-18808-Ljbffr
