Position Overview: As a Senior Project Architect at DLR Group, you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing project document development and fostering collaboration among team members to ensure high-quality deliverables for large-scale data centers, emergency call centers, and industrial projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to safeguard project financial health, enhance document quality, prevent claims, and facilitate effective communication. Furthermore, you will lead cross-disciplinary design teams to devise innovative technical solutions. Your Responsibilities: Understand and coordinate multiple design disciplines to produce effective technical solutions.Menteach junior architectural staff, fostering professional growth within the team.Possess comprehensive knowledge of professional practice from conceptual design to project completion.Work effectively in team settings while also demonstrating self-management in a creative environment.Exhibit a high level of technical skill in producing accurate drawings.Guide the project team in adhering to best practices and design standards.Oversee the design and technical development of projects.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineers in the conceptual development of project documents.Qualifications We’re Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.10+ years of Project Architect experience.5+ years of direct experience working on Data Center projects.Strong understanding of the design and construction process with excellent communication skills across various disciplines.Proficient in REVIT and CAD software for modeling and rendering.Willingness to travel occasionally to support project needs.Preferred Attributes: Professional Licensure is a plus.LEED Accredited Professional status and experience with green certification processes.Interest in and commitment to sustainable building design practices.To Apply: Please submit your current portfolio or work samples in PDF format.
