Role Description This full-time, hybrid Senior Lead Interior Designer & Studio Manager role is based in Tampa, FL. The position is responsible for leading interior design projects from initial concept and space planning through construction documentation, FF&E selection, and final installation. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts and presentations, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors. The role also oversees studio operations, including workflow management, quality control of design deliverables, scheduling, and mentorship of junior team members. The Senior Lead Interior Designer & Studio Manager is expected to manage multiple projects, uphold studio standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Bachelor's Degree in Interior DesignNCIDQ Certified5-7+ years of luxury residential interior design experienceExperience leading projects over $250,000Strong technical drawing abilitiesConstruction documentation experienceSpace planning expertiseVendor and procurement experienceExcellent communication skillsStrong organization and time managementAbility to manage multiple deadlinesSoftware experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Houzz Pro, Google Workspace, Canva, and Microsoft Office
