We’re looking for someone who will: Lead luxury residential projects from concept through installation Build lasting client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience Mentor and inspire our junior designers Maintain the highest design standards and quality control Oversee project schedules, budgets, vendors, and installations Improve studio systems and help drive operational excellence We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design NCIDQ Certification (Required) 7+ years of luxury residential design experience Experience managing projects valued at $250K+ Strong technical drawing, space planning, and construction documentation skills Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities Preferred Software Experience: AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite Houzz Pro Google Workspace Canva Microsoft Office Why Join Sixth Sense Studio?
