We are seeking a Senior Fashion Jewelry Designer to lead and inspire our creative team in Cranston, RI. Position Overview: The Senior Designer will take a lead role in creating and developing fashion jewelry collections, from concept through production. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong design experience who can guide projects, mentor junior designers, and ensure high-quality, trend-driven products. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design of seasonal fashion jewelry collections • Develop concepts, sketches, and prototypes from initial ideas • Mentor and collaborate with junior designers • Research fashion and jewelry trends to drive innovative designs • Collaborate with merchandising, product development, and production teams • Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives Qualifications: • Proven experience in fashion jewelry design (3–7+ years preferred) • Strong portfolio showcasing original designs • Excellent understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD software) • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Passion for fashion jewelry and trend forecasting Compensation & Details: • Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience • Full-time, on-site position in Cranston, Rhode Island Benefits non-matching 401KMedical insurance availabledental and vision insurance available
