About this role

Role Purpose: This individual will lead design projects from concept through construction administration, mentor staff, and oversee multiple high-end residential and multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design sensibility, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects. Qualifications & Responsibilities: 7+ years of experience in interior design, must have experience in multifamily and residential Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously Expertise in construction documentation and administration Proficiency in software such as but not limited to: Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365 Deep knowledge of applicable local building codes, finishes, lighting, plumbing, hardware, furniture, and sourcing vendors Ability to mentor, guide, and review work for Project Designers and other team members Strong client-facing skills with professional, positive communication Solid understanding of the complete design process, design principles, color theory, and material selection Ability to perform thorough quality control on all project deliverables Ability to anticipate project needs, take initiative, and problem-solve independently Willingness to travel for site visits, client meetings, and installations Aligns with EAI’s brand, aesthetic, and commitment to design excellence Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and small-team environment a degree from a CIDA accredited Interior Design program (or equivalent), in Architecture, or related field.
