Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Interior designer to join our team to help create and help facilitate some amazing projects! Responsibilities Undertake and work with the team to manage the custom home process and design projects from concept to completion Define project requirements and schedule with team Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans Maintain efficient communication with clients and design team Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Produce “sample” and “mood products” Supervise work progress Work closely with architects, contractors and sub contractors Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises Skills Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions) Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Proficient in AutoCAD Excellent portfolio of previous works Creative talent, imagination and eye for design Communication and presentation skills Project management skills Positive attitude and team player Ability to manage and direct the goals of a small team.
