From full hotel renovations to boutique commercial spaces, our work blends hospitality, lifestyle, and purpose-driven design. 🔹 What You’ll Do: Lead multiple hospitality projects from concept through installation Develop space plans, finishes, FF&E specs, and millwork details Prepare design presentations and procurement packages Coordinate with clients, vendors, architects, and consultants Mentor junior designers and oversee quality control Maintain knowledge of major brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.) Participate in site visits and installation oversight 🔹 What You Bring: 6+ years of interior design experience in hospitality Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (CIDA-accredited preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication and project management skills Experience with FF&E sourcing and full construction documentation Familiarity with SketchUp and Enscape (a plus) NCIDQ certification preferred but not required Willingness to travel as needed 🔹 Why Striv: Lead meaningful hospitality projects from start to finish Work with a supportive, collaborative team Competitive salary + benefits Growth opportunities and a flexible, creative studio culture Striv Designs is an equal-opportunity employer.
