You will lead design development, production, and delivery of innovative projects, working within a collaborative design team or as the lead on assignments, with strong design expertise and independent decision‑making. You will mentor junior designers, ensure QA/QC, and promote sustainable design principles while delivering exceptional client service and design excellence in all project phases.
